In this Change Manager role, you will guide structured change activities within large-scale transformation programmes. You’ll embed new ways of working and ensure changes land sustainably for affected teams, collaborating with senior change leads and stakeholders. Your T-shaped remit includes change management plus growth in organisational design and AI. You help shape adoption, training, and capability-building across multi-pillar programmes, delivering measurable benefits and improved ways of working. This role offers meaningful impact in driving transformation for global clients through pragmatic, delivery-focused leadership.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute structured change activity within large-scale transformation programmes
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments across processes, roles, and ways of working
- Translate CIA outputs into actionable interventions (e.g., Training Needs Analysis, engagement actions)
- Maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme milestones and deployments
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and handover into Managed Services
- Lead stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies
- Establish and manage change networks (change champions, super users) to drive adoption
- Define and track change/adoption metrics and link outcomes to benefits
- Support knowledge transfer and handover into BAU or MSP functions
Key requirements
- Experience delivering change within large, multi-pillar transformation programmes
- Ability to align change activity with programme milestones, releases and deployment waves
- Structured Change Impact Assessments experience across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working
- Ability to translate CIA outputs into training and engagement actions
- Knowledge of knowledge transfer and handover into MSP/BAU
- Stakeholder analysis and targeted engagement strategy experience
- Experience in adopting or enabling agile/product-led governance and practice
- Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management)
- Comfortable with Jira, Miro, and Lucid
