Overview

In this role you advise housing bodies, authorities, landlords and agents on housing management and property disputes, from initial advice to litigation. You join a Legal 500 team known for high-value housing matters, with hybrid working and clear progression. You will handle cases including possession, anti-social behaviour, disrepair and leasehold disputes while supporting junior lawyers. Responsibilities

• Advise on housing management and property-related disputes for a range of clients
• Manage cases from initial advice through to litigation and resolution
• Handle possession proceedings and injunctions, anti-social behaviour and disrepair claims
• Advise on regulatory compliance and housing management issues
• Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in housing management and/or property litigation
• Strong technical knowledge of housing and landlord and tenant law
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and drafting skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
