Overview
In this role you will architect and drive talent development initiatives that align with business goals in asset management. You will design frameworks and programs to grow capabilities, leadership, and succession while collaborating with HR and business leaders. You’ll manage learning systems and use analytics to improve impact, shaping the organization’s leadership pipeline. This is a strategic-operational role with a clear impact on people growth and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a 3-year Talent Development Strategy
- Design and roll out Career Development framework
- Define Leadership and Line Management Framework
- Develop Path to Promotion/Partnership
- Deliver Line Manager training and support
- Oversee Appraisal review process
- Lead Succession Planning initiatives
- Design and implement development programs (career frameworks, leadership training)
- Identify high-potential talent using assessment tools and tailor programs
- Manage learning and development activities (needs analyses, resources, LMS)
- Support clear career progression pathways with managers
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders and departments to align talent strategy
- Evaluate program effectiveness using workforce data and feedback
Key requirements
- Experience designing and implementing development programs for skill development, career advancement, and leadership growth within asset management or financial services
- Ability to think strategically and operate tactically to deliver programs
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and needs analysis
- Experience with succession planning and leadership development
