Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead, Global Business Services

Overview

In this role you will own the data and analytics landscape for GBS, enabling accurate reporting and advanced analytics to support data-driven decisions. You will drive data quality, governance, and the continuous improvement roadmap, collaborating with CFOs, Genpact and cross-functional partners. You will translate operational data into actionable insights to identify performance trends and opportunities. This position offers a chance to shape the GBS data ecosystem and contribute to strategic decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and clean data from multiple sources to ensure quality
• Apply statistical methods to identify trends and correlations
• Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports with clear visuals
• Build interactive dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring
• Maintain data governance policies and data security
• Develop data models (dimensional modelling) to support analysis
• Collaborate with GPO, finance, legal and IT to streamline data integration
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to assess operational performance

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent
• 3+ years in data, reporting or analytics in a finance or global business services environment
• Strong Power BI, DAX and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data integration
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL/PL/SQL)
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and possibly FRS
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality in financial data
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI
