Overview
In this Stores Controller role, you will manage secure, accurate movement of goods for a luxury hotel, ensuring deliveries are recorded, stored, and issued to high standards. You’ll maintain precise stock records, support cost control, and coordinate central stores in a pre-opening environment. You work closely with F&B and other departments to uphold Hilton’s service standards and health and safety requirements. This is a hands-on position at a landmark property, offering a chance to shape guest experiences from the outset.

Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and distribute goods to departments and storage locations
- Maintain precise stock records with full traceability
- Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving items for purchasing control
- Raise purchase orders via the online procurement system
- Maintain control of central stores, stock issuance, delivery coordination, and counts
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, with focus on food and beverage compliance
- Support team members and F&B operations through collaboration
- Deliver professional and service-oriented experiences to internal customers and guests
Key requirements
- Stores or inventory management experience with stock control responsibility
- Relevant degree in Management, Finance, or related business discipline (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
