Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage multiple new-build residential projects
• Maintain robust cost management and commercial controls
• Coordinate activities between the Oxford office and regional sites
• Provide strong commercial input across procurement, subcontractors and contracts

Key requirements

• Degree-qualification preferred (ideally)
• Extensive experience with a reputable housebuilder
• New build residential project experience essential
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
• Full UK Driving Licence
