Responsibilities
- Advise on charity governance, regulatory matters, and compliance for a range of not-for-profit clients
- Lead charity establishment and incorporation projects
- Provide trustee support and handle property, land governance, and development matters
- Work on legacies, philanthropy, mergers, and restructures
- Engage in social investment advisory and other advisory/transactional work within the charity sector
- Support religious organisations and town/parish councils in property-related matters
- Collaborate with a senior team to manage key client relationships and deliver solutions
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE or relevant charity-law experience
- Solid understanding of not-for-profit and charity regulatory landscape
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
