Senior Cloud Network & Security Engineer , Vice President

Overview

In this role you will design and deploy cloud network services across multiple providers to support global connectivity and security. You will be part of the global network architecture and engineering team, focusing on cloud networking, security, and infrastructure services. You will shape multi-cloud networking solutions, connect cloud services to on‑prem networks, and lead major deployment initiatives. Your work will impact scalable, secure connectivity for a worldwide user base and drive modernization of our cloud network services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of cloud network services globally across multiple cloud providers
• Architect and deploy networks linking cloud environments with external and internal networks
• Design and implement on‑prem DC, CoLo, Campus and Office networks
• Serve as SME for cloud routing solutions (AWS CloudWAN, Azure vWAN)
• Develop and leverage tooling for orchestration, automation, monitoring, and operation of network services
• Create and maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
• Ensure cybersecurity standards across solutions
• Be escalation point for critical cloud performance and connectivity issues
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and roll out network services
• Mentor and educate junior team members

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud networking
• Expert-level certification for at least one cloud provider
• Experience with large-scale migrations from on-prem to cloud
• Expert knowledge of cloud-based extranet and internet designs
• Proven experience developing design, configuration, and standards documentation
• Experience with cloud provider network constructs and policies: AWS CloudWAN, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC Peering; Azure vWAN, UDR, vNet Peering, ExpressRoute; OCI FastConnect
• Knowledge of native cloud services for load-balancing, firewall, and DNS
• Experience with Python, Terraform, Git, Scrum methodology; JIRA, Confluence and/or SharePoint
