Overview
You will join a respected private client team to handle a varied caseload across wills, probate, tax planning and estate administration, and related matters. You’ll support attorneys and Deputies, build strong client relationships, and manage matters with independence. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied private client caseload (wills and probate, tax planning, estate administration)
- Handle lasting powers of attorney and registration of enduring powers of attorney
- Assist with Court of Protection applications and advise attorneys and Deputies
- Create and administer trusts
- Oversee residential conveyancing matters
- Support Senior Associates and Partners while expanding your own caseload
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Key requirements
- 1-3 years PQE in private client work (more experienced candidates considered)
- Experience in wills and probate preferred
- Broad procedural knowledge across private client matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Confident working independently
