Principle Identity and Access Management Lead

Overview

As Principal Identity & Access Lead, you will own the enterprise IAM strategy and drive the transformation of identity security to protect critical systems and data. You’ll work closely with the CISO and senior stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve IAM and PAM capabilities that align with regulatory expectations. You’ll lead deployment and optimisation of IAM/PAM solutions while promoting governance and least-privilege practices. This role blends technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to enable secure business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise IAM vision, roadmap and strategy aligned with regulatory and business goals
• Lead selection, deployment, integration and ongoing optimisation of IAM and PAM solutions
• Promote identity governance and access management best practices across the organisation and influence stakeholders
• Design and operate robust IAM and PAM controls protecting systems, data and services
• Drive a culture of least privilege and governance through effective control frameworks and stakeholder engagement
• Provide insightful reporting and executive briefings on IAM risk, compliance, and maturity
• Lead a team of IAM Analysts

Key requirements

• Experience with IAM and PAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Delinea or similar
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to IAM
• Experience building and operating IAM/PAM controls and governance
