Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a corporate account portfolio in London for a leading UK office furniture manufacturer. You will win new business, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and guide clients from quotation to contract, while collaborating with service and quality teams. The role includes trade exhibitions, market intelligence, and regular reporting, with a strong emphasis on presentation and negotiations. You will contribute to strategic sales targets and broader service offerings, shaping customer experience and growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate accounts to meet targets
- Identify and win new corporate business from targeting lists
- Communicate via telephone, email, and site visits; conduct reviews face-to-face or by phone
- Prepare quotations, briefs, proposals, and tender responses
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, in person and remotely
- Arrange delivery, demonstrate stock, and update accounts on product developments
- Represent the business at trade exhibitions and events
- Negotiate terms including price, delivery, and specification; promote service portfolio
- Collaborate with Customer Services and Quality to resolve complaints
- Share opportunities with the wider Sales Team
- Monitor market intelligence and feed back to Sales Management
- Handle corporate reporting and database management; run inductions for new accounts
Key requirements
- Proven B2B account management and new business development in the corporate sector
- Track record of delivering against sales targets
- Experience producing quotations, briefs, proposals, and tender responses
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills (in person and remote)
- Commercial negotiation experience on price, delivery and specification
- Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and events
- Well organized with discipline to manage reporting and database records
- Collaborative with Customer Services, Quality, and the Sales Team
- Office furniture, interiors or related premium product background is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
