Senior Cloud & AI Solution Area Specialist – Global Strategic Consumer Goods

Overview

In this role you drive Microsoft’s data, analytics and AI agenda for a strategic global account, shaping cloud strategy and leading a cross-functional team to accelerate digital transformation. You build executive-level engagements to align technology investments with business outcomes, and you execute growth plans across Data, Analytics, and AI platforms. You will orchestrate pipeline, influence key decisions, and focus on measurable impact like consumption growth and platform modernization. This is a high-impact, customer- and outcome-focused leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted executive relationships with CIO/CTO/CDO and senior stakeholders to drive business-outcome conversations
• Own the Cloud & AI Platforms growth strategy and account plans to increase Azure consumption
• Lead Data & Analytics Transformation discussions around Fabric, OneLake, Databricks, SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Factory and BI platforms
• Advance AI Platform Leadership by promoting responsible AI and enterprise AI transformations and using Azure AI services
• Develop competitive strategies against AWS, Google Cloud, and other data platforms and collaborate with global compete teams
• Orchestrate virtual teams of specialists, architects, consultants, and partners to drive deal progression and share best practices

Key requirements

• Technology sales and strategic account leadership experience
• Experience selling enterprise cloud, data, analytics, and AI solutions
• Proven ability to engage C-level and senior decision makers
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to develop executive relationships and influence strategic customer decisions
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Data Modernization, Cloud Migration, AI and Machine Learning Platforms, BI and Analytics, Data Governance, Modern Data Architectures, Enterprise AI Platforms
