As Product Manager Lead in Global Business Services (GBS) Tech, you will advance product management maturity, guiding discovery to delivery and coaching peers. You’ll define value-driven product directions by aligning with regional partners and business needs, while shaping how AI and data inform solutions. You’ll operate across hands-on delivery, roadmap work, and rollout planning, contributing to enterprise-scale tools and platforms. Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the Product Management practice and raise standards for discovery, prioritization, metrics, and delivery rituals.
  • Deliver as an individual contributor by talking to users, framing problems, and shepherding ideas to launch.
  • Partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate insights into a prioritized product direction and plan.
  • Lead the use of AI across product and engineering work, balancing value and practical adoption.
  • Represent the UK/EU region to align regional needs with global solutions and gather regional insights.
