Overview

In this role you will support the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of HR systems for our global clients. You’ll learn hands-on, growing your knowledge of HR tech while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your impact comes from enabling accurate data, efficient processes and clear client communication. Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with implementation, configuration and ongoing support of HR systems
  • Assist with system setup, data preparation, testing and troubleshooting
  • Work with colleagues and clients to understand requirements and identify practical solutions
  • Support system demonstrations, user training and client queries as knowledge grows
  • Help maintain accurate system and project documentation
  • Support multiple client projects, keeping tasks organized and progressing to agreed deadlines
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and make the way we work more efficient
  • Develop knowledge of HR systems, technology and HR processes through hands-on experience, training and coaching

Key requirements

  • Genuine interest in software, systems and understanding how things work
  • Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage different tasks and priorities
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and clients

  • Interest in developing a career within HR software and systems
  • Prior HR systems experience is helpful but not essential
