Financial Performance Data Analyst

Overview

In this role you will maintain and develop the Group’s financial data environment to support and influence financial performance through insightful analysis. You will shape systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight, treating data as a strategic asset. You will contribute to pricing strategy, service resource allocation, and profitability improvement while ensuring data consistency across the Group. You will partner with central groups and BI teams to deliver timely, reliable financial information that supports decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual and quarterly financial planning by consolidating data across subsidiaries and providing timely feedback
• Review forecasting methods and assumptions for consistency and improvements across entities
• Conduct sensitivity analyses on budgets and forecasts
• Oversee Board and financial reporting for accuracy and consistency, including data dictionaries
• Distribute leader boards and growth dashboards
• Assist with sales bonus/commission oversight and validation of qualification criteria
• Support monitoring and benchmarking of product pricing across the Group
• Contribute to client-level profitability development with cross-Group consistency
• Provide finance business partnering support to centralised functions (e.g., payroll, procurement)
• Prepare and validate key metrics from sales and operations to support efficiency reviews
• Collaborate with Group BI team to shape data warehouse development for financial reporting
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for Group Board Directors
• Provide data support for Group projects as required
