Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
• Advising on remortgages, buy-to-let transactions and first registrations
• Handling new build property matters and complex conveyancing transactions
• Building strong relationships with clients, agents and professional contacts
• Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team

Key requirements

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with around three years’ PQE and a strong background in residential conveyancing
