Overview
In this role you partner with senior and operational leaders to translate people priorities into practical plans that support a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will shape workforce planning, organisational change, and complex employee relations, using data-driven insights to mitigate risks and address skills gaps. You will influence secure, pragmatic HR solutions and lead HR Advisors to provide consistent, high-quality support. A cross-site, office-based role, you will operate across West/North-West London to support multiple sites and regulatory requirements, driving measurable improvements for the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with senior leaders to translate priorities into practical people plans
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations, organisational change, and policy application
- Analyze workforce data to identify risks and future staffing needs and develop evidence-based plans
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to anticipate recruitment needs and create proactive campaigns
- Support succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives
- Lead and develop HR Advisors to ensure managers receive consistent, high-quality people support
Key requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience
- Extensive, up-to-date HR generalist experience in a large/complex public sector or regulated setting
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and track record of managing complex ER matters
- Experience partnering with senior and operational leaders in a complex organisation
- Ability to operate strategically and operationally using workforce data to shape priorities
