Overview

In this role you will strengthen and grow partnerships with крупe pension administration clients within BW’s Pension Administration unit. You’ll act as a trusted pensions consultant, leading client engagements, developing strategic plans, and identifying market opportunities to expand our portfolio. You will manage budgets, liaise with cross‑functional teams, and drive business development across multiple service lines. This is a high-impact, senior position that combines client leadership with growth ambitions in a dynamic, industry‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of new and existing pension clients, acting as trusted adviser
  • Provide pensions consultancy and technical guidance on administration issues, including fee negotiation and issue resolution
  • Manage client budgets and fee proposals, ensuring delivery within agreed costs
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the function area and drive function-specific client relationships
  • Lead business development, client retention, cross-selling, and promote the firm within the industry
  • Conduct client meetings, service reviews, and pitches; present reports and proposals to clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and nurture them through the business development lifecycle
  • Identify risks and implement strategies to address compliance, information security, and regulatory changes
  • Ensure client satisfaction using MI and information security procedures; coach junior team members

Key requirements

  • Significant client-facing experience at senior level within pension scheme administration
  • Proven experience with defined benefit pensions and pensions consultancy
  • Pensions (PMI) or related professional qualifications; preferably APMI/FPMI or equivalent
  • Understanding of Pension Market needs and Pension Administration with budget control experience
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and ability to host/present to large audiences
