Product Analytics Manager – Liquidity (Investments)

Overview

As an Analyst in the Grow Squad, you will own liquidity management across Wise’s multi-product portfolio, ensuring the right funds are available to support customer activity. You will model stress scenarios and build decision frameworks that balance liquidity, risk, and cost. You’ll partner with Treasury, Risk, and Finance to define proactive risk strategies and support safe, scalable growth. This role combines data, finance, and strategic influence to shape product decisions and operational resilience. You’ll work in a fast, collaborative fintech environment with a clear impact on financial health and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own liquidity management models for assets across the portfolio (Assets, Savings, Investments)
• Model extreme market scenarios to assess resilience
• Develop frameworks to optimise liquidity usage, risk, and cost
• Define the financial risk strategy for the Grow squad
• Serve as primary data partner to Wise’s Treasury, Risk, and Finance leadership

Key requirements

• Strategic data leader with ability to translate analytics into business risk actions
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake)
• Python for automation and forecasting
• Knowledge of unit economics (LTV, CAC, Margin) and risk controls in fintech
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and influencing product decisions
