In this role you will set the creative direction for Telford & Wrekin’s culture and arts, shaping a compelling vision and driving audience growth, partnerships and investment. You will oversee programming and help develop the borough’s cultural identity across local, regional and national levels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to position the area as a dynamic cultural destination and support the new Theatre’s creative development.
