Overview

In this role you will support Dimensional’s Global Client Group by coordinating high‑caliber events across EMEA, from planning to post‑event follow‑up. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver differentiated event experiences that strengthen client relationships and highlight Dimensional’s unique offering. The position combines hands‑on event management with regional content localisation and marketing project oversight to drive efficient, measurable outcomes. You will work closely with Sales, Investment teams, and leadership to advance marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end marketing support for top‑tier events (pre‑event planning, execution, post‑event activities)
  • Support network, industry and speaking opportunities for EMEA GCG
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Marketing Manager on sponsorships, branding and tracking
  • Coordinate with Creative and external partners to produce relevant event collateral
  • Manage Channel Marketing projects in workflow system; develop dashboards to track work
  • Report event metrics via dashboards and CRM; present updates on Channel Marketing events
  • Provide Marketing oversight on Channel‑specific initiatives with Client Communications and Events teams
  • Tackle ad‑hoc projects to support business needs

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in communications, marketing, journalism, hospitality or related field
  • Proactive self‑starter with solution mindset
  • Experience supporting corporate events, conferences or marketing programs
  • Strong end‑to‑end event planning, project management and stakeholder/vendor relationship skills
  • Experience in corporate marketing within financial services (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Comfort with change and ambiguity; problem solver
  • Team player open to feedback and collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Native or fluent German language skills (a plus)
