Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical elements of project plans and briefs
• Provide input to planning teams
• Maintain and update design records, drawings, registers, and reports across design stages
• Lead development of departmental processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues, senior managers, and directors to meet technical requirements
• Monitor and implement changes in building regulations and legislation
• Research and evaluate new commercially viable building products
