Lead Product Designer (UI & Design Systems) – Product & Experience

Overview

In this role you lead the design of scalable, user‑centered interfaces and design systems for complex, enterprise products. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into consistent, accessible experiences. You’ll drive AI‑assisted ideation and ensure governance of design tokens, patterns, and documentation. Responsibilities

• Craft interfaces across responsive web, mobile, and enterprise products
• Translate journeys, wireframes, and requirements into high‑quality visual and interaction designs using AI-enabled tools where appropriate
• Create, evolve, and scale enterprise design systems (components, tokens, patterns, documentation)
• Partner with UX designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers to deliver consistent, scalable experiences from concept to implementation
• Present design decisions to stakeholders, facilitate workshops, mentor designers, and champion design excellence

Key requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI, visual, and interaction design across complex digital products
• Expertise in typography, layout, responsive design, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and enterprise design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, inclusive design principles, and developer handover
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
• Curiosity to explore emerging AI capabilities and apply them responsibly to improve design outcomes
