In this role you will join Chadwick Nott’s Employment team in Bath to deliver practical, commercially-focused employment advice to regional businesses and individuals. You will work in a lean, collaborative environment with early client contact, shaping strategies for contentious and non-contentious matters and contributing to the team’s future direction. The role blends legal expertise with real-world business insight, supporting executives, directors and growth companies. • Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Handle restructures and TUPE scenarios
• Manage workplace disputes and executive exits
• Address business protection issues and strategic employment advice
• Maintain direct client contact and take ownership from an early stage
