Overview
In this role you will manage aircraft paperwork by printing and distributing check packs and coordinating with planning, engineering, and quality teams. You will collate, scan, bookmark, back up, and enter documents into aircraft records while following up on incomplete paperwork. You’ll maintain accuracy and integrity of records and perform duties with initiative and minimal supervision. This position supports compliance and documentation at UK airports and offers a meaningful operational impact.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Supervisors on printing check packs
- Print and distribute check packs to aircraft zones
- Collate and verify completed paperwork
- Follow up on incomplete or missing paperwork
- Ensure paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records
- Perform additional duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager
Key requirements
- Previous Doc Control experience is an advantage
- Aircraft experience/knowledge is an advantage
- Engineering or Aeronautical degree is desirable
- Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable
- Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential
- Strong written and oral communication
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Must have initiative and professional integrity
