Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle remortgages and new build transactions
• Facilitate Right to Buy, Shared ownership, and transfers of equity
• Guide files from initial instruction through to post-completion
• Collaborate with the team to support clients and ensure timely, accurate conveyancing

Key requirements
