Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in power metering, power quality monitoring, EMS software, gateways, and related infrastructure
• Support system architecture, metering strategies, communications design, and reporting frameworks
• Recommend solutions aligning with customer requirements and energy management best practices
• Advise on sub-metering, energy visibility, power quality, carbon reporting, and electrical network optimization
• Support integration of EMS platforms with BMS and smart building systems
• Collaborate with sales to position EMS and power monitoring solutions; participate in meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and PoC activities
• Assist integration between metering devices, EMS platforms, SCADA, BMS, cloud, and enterprise systems
• Support industry-standard protocols (Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA, REST APIs)
• Act as trusted advisor for consultants, facility managers, energy managers, and end users
• Deliver technical training and identify market needs to guide future product development

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical distribution, power metering, and EMS
