Lead Product Designer – Product & Experience

Overview

As Senior Product Designer at Capco, you will lead the creation of user-centric digital products for financial services and energy, guiding transformation programs from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and increasingly apply AI to uplift outcomes, personalization, and decision-making. You’ll run discovery workshops, translate insights into wireframes and polished UI, and build scalable design systems with AI-driven patterns. You will champion accessible, ethical design and clear, intuitive interactions across complex platforms. This is a high-impact, collaborative opportunity in a consulting culture.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery activities and design strategies, including opportunities for AI and automation to improve UX
• Translate user needs into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs with AI-assisted and data-driven interactions
• Design intuitive, explainable interactions with user control
• Oversee design delivery, roadmaps and timelines
• Build scalable design systems and AI-driven component patterns
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams
• Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and ethical AI use

Key requirements

• End-to-end digital product design experience across UX and UI
• Strong storytelling, research and communication skills
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe; prototyping platforms
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration with data science/ML teams
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Curiosity about AI in product design (generative AI, ML-driven features, automation in UX)
