Project Management Consortium Lead

Overview

In this role you will lead the Project LDA process to ensure a consistent, up-to-date reference configuration for SZC and related projects. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage change and exemptions, and deliver training and governance documentation. Your work supports safe, cost-effective delivery of nuclear projects by enforcing robust configuration management and interfaces. Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution of the LDA process for SZC and related projects
• Manage requests for evolutions and exemptions to the Project LDA
• Support Referential Evolution requesters and replication of the HPC LDA for SZC
• Deliver trainings on LDA processes and maintain a live LDA register
• Produce and issue the yearly Project LDA document
• Interface with SZC and NSA teams to ensure consistency across stakeholders

Key requirements

• 5+ years of nuclear industry experience with strong UK EPR knowledge
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Experience in Technical Integration (architecture, configuration management and related tools)
• Ability to coordinate multiple interfaces and stakeholders across entities
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet commitments and deadlines
• Leadership, pro-activeness, and excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
