Overview

In this Marketing Manager (Energy) role, you will shape and deliver the marketing strategy to drive growth across Europe in jet fuel and SAF. You’ll work closely with Trading, SAF units, and commercial teams to enable compliant, value-driven marketing and tender activity. You will build strong relationships with airlines, suppliers, and industry partners while influencing budgeting and market intelligence to support strategic decisions. This role offers a hands-on impact in a high‑growth energy trading context and a chance to lead European market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and delivery of marketing strategy and growth opportunities in Europe
  • Monitor market trends and intelligence to inform commercial decisions
  • Build relationships with airlines, product suppliers, logistics partners, industry associations, and the Group
  • Coordinate EU tenders: strategy, preparation, planning, submission or execution
  • Develop and execute Company and JFM policies
  • Collaborate with Trading & SAF units to meet mandatory obligations and grow SAF business
  • Collaborate with commercial units to manage inland supply chain from import to customer aircraft
  • Support procurement processes and provide monthly product nominations to suppliers
  • Assist Operations with scheduling deliveries and managing inventories and data in storage
  • Assist Finance & Risk with annual budget prep and monthly financial commentary

Key requirements

  • Degree level education
  • Solid marketing experience in jet fuel, SAF, or energy trading environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Competent in Excel with financial analysis and cost modelling experience
  • Strong commercial judgement and proactive business opportunity identification
  • Ability to structure and negotiate, align internal/external stakeholders on deals
  • Ability to build and maintain financial models and evaluate scenarios
