Senior Account Coordinator (Digital, Print, Events), London

Overview

Join a large healthcare client services team to support senior client leads and manage a portfolio of international healthcare clients. You will own medium complexity projects, quote work, and serve as the day-to-day client contact while coordinating with internal teams. You’ll ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to high quality, handling administrative and organizational tasks. This hybrid role blends office, client/vendor sites, and remote work while you help maintain strong client relationships and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client accounts and projects
• Interpret client briefs and relay feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with creative and content studios to deliver work
• Implement client projects and campaigns with Account Manager supervision
• Oversee budgets, purchase orders, and campaigns within time and budget
• Create and maintain contact reports and client liaison
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Provide administration support on project management platforms (Screen Dragon/Workfront) and reporting systems
• Identify milestones with client and develop project plans with timing schedules
• Coordinate with in-house teams and external vendors
• Communicate changes to clients and internal HH Global teams; manage scope and budget implications
• Ensure projects stay in scope, on time, and within budget; maintain regular management communication

Key requirements

• Understanding of ABPI guidelines preferred; training available
• Strong client-facing skills
• Experience in marketing or creative agency; medical communications preferred
• Proven relationship-building abilities with internal teams and clients
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Passion for branding and best-in-class campaigns
• Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Degree-level education in life sciences, business, or marketing
