Data Science Associate Manager

Overview

In this role, you shape customer and marketing experiences with generative AI and data science, helping clients become always-on and data-driven. You will contribute to data platforms, models, and AI governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-world solutions. You’ll influence strategic direction for the data science ecosystem and assess generative AI proposals. Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data science requirements and build scalable data pipelines
• Help define AI and data strategies aligned with client objectives
• Contribute to development and delivery of LLM-based and ML-based solutions
• Lead PoCs, prototypes, and evaluation frameworks for generative AI initiatives
• Drive deployment activities (containerization, testing, monitoring, MLOps) and cloud-enabled deployments
• Promote responsible AI by integrating ethical standards into evaluations
• Create reusable data science assets, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver AI-driven customer and marketing transformations
• Support senior leaders in shaping the practice’s strategic direction
• Communicate insights and contribute to senior client discussions
