Overview
In this role you will advise developers, housebuilders, and landowners on residential development and strategic land, managing complex land transactions from start to finish. You will build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth within a collaborative Real Estate team in Bristol. The opportunity offers exposure to high-profile projects and clear career progression. You will work alongside specialists to shape developments and support long-term growth in the South West property market.
Responsibilities
- Advise on residential development and strategic land matters for developers, housebuilders, promoters and landowners
- Manage acquisitions, disposals, option and promotion agreements, overage arrangements, and site assembly projects
- Lead day-to-day transactions while delivering commercially focused legal advice
- Build and strengthen client relationships across the South West property market
- Support business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth
Key requirements
- 2+ years’ PQE in residential development
- strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- experience with strategic land transactions; infrastructure agreements; affordable housing arrangements (advantageous)
