As an Integration Engineer/Lead at Deloitte, you will drive the delivery of integration and cloud-driven solutions for clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and scale integration platforms, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure to meet scope and quality
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders including senior leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations and enable informed decision-making
• Oversee deliverable quality and manage change control
• Deliver innovative integration solutions using modern platforms
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to ensure client needs are met

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with multiple integration and cloud technologies (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, AWS, Microsoft Azure)
• 2+ integration/engineering projects or 6+ months in client-facing role
• Experience in IT assessments, solution architecture, and business case development
• Experience leading technical client workshops
• Strong understanding of a broad set of market-leading technologies
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
• Consultancy experience (desirable)
• DevOps experience (desirable)
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Core consulting skills
• Regulatory/independence awareness (as noted)
