Overview
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you drive differentiated messaging and positioning for Workiva’s EMEA finance, GRC, or industry solution area. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives for executives and practitioners, and shape go-to-market plans with sales and product teams. You’ll bring market and competitive insights to influence product direction, pricing, and regional strategy. This role offers high impact in a fast-evolving, AI-embedded organization where marketing teams are empowered to set AI goals and advance AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for an EMEA solution area (Finance, GRC, or Industry)
- Turn complex product capabilities into simple, compelling stories for executives and practitioners
- Guide consistent messaging across campaigns, events, and executive communications
- Shape the GTM strategy end-to-end, from launch to revenue impact
- Create and maintain sales assets and enablement materials (decks, data sheets, plays)
- Author content for campaigns, webinars, events, and demand programs
- Equip field teams with training and insights to shorten deal cycles across EMEA
- Incorporate customer and competitive insights into regional strategy and global product direction
- Engage with customers, prospects, and industry leaders through events and thought leadership
- Spot regulatory and market shifts early and position Workiva ahead of them
Key requirements
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- Experience GTM across multiple European countries and familiarity with regulatory environments
- Ability to translate complex, technical products (including AI) into clear value for executives and practitioners
- Proven cross-functional influence to align Sales, Product, Enablement, and Customer Success
- Strong customer focus and track record turning buyer insights into winning positioning
- AI fluency and regular use of AI tools to sharpen strategy
- Experience in financial reporting, GRC, or financial services is a plus
- Travel up to 25% across EMEA
