Housing Management & Property Litigation Associate

Overview

In this role you will support social housing providers with housing management and residential property litigation. You will work within a City firm culture that values quality work and development, advising various housing stakeholders on disputes and regulatory matters. You will handle issues such as service charge disputes, breach of lease claims, fire safety and cladding, and forfeiture, contributing to a busy, high‑caliber practice. Responsibilities

• Advise social housing providers on housing management and property litigation matters
• Handle service charge disputes, breach of lease, and forfeiture claims
• Address fire safety and cladding issues in relevant disputes
• Work with local authorities, housing associations, and private sector clients
• Contribute to high‑quality litigation strategy and client service
• Support progression and development within a City firm culture

Key requirements

• 3–4 PQE
• England & Wales Qualified
