In this role you will lead the private wealth practice for a high‑profile firm, guiding relationships with high net worth clients and driving growth. You will mentor the team, deliver expert legal advice across private client matters, and shape innovative solutions to client needs. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with high and ultra-high net worth clients and families
• Drive new business development and growth of the practice
• Provide expert legal advice across a broad range of private wealth matters
• Support and develop team members to improve client and people engagement
• Deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs
• Delegate work to maximise profitability
• Support segment head/sector lead to meet client objectives
• Achieve financial and chargeable targets (KPIs)

Key requirements

• Established Partner or Senior Associate
• STEP qualified
• Strong business development skills
