Overview

In this role you will lead customer marketing strategy and execution across multiple Condé Nast brands to grow direct-to-consumer revenue. You’ll plan and deliver full-funnel campaigns across CRM, owned, earned and paid channels, driving acquisition, retention and lifetime value. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance, uncover growth opportunities, and provide data-driven guidance to stakeholders. This is a chance to shape how audiences engage with premium brands at scale and across borders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integrated customer marketing plans across subscriptions, memberships and ecommerce products to drive retention and purchases
  • Plan full-funnel CRM campaigns across channels and ensure cross-channel integration with partnerships and digital marketing
  • Own end-to-end processes including approvals, QA, timelines and budget to hit revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Digital Marketing Managers to align strategies and maximise impact
  • Analyse performance with data analysts to optimise KPIs, run test-and-learn plans and inform future strategy
  • Work with data intelligence team to ensure correct targeting and data setup via the customer data platform
  • Guide creative development with internal and external designers to maintain best-in-class assets
  • Forecast performance and provide recommendations based on market trends and opportunities
  • Present learnings and future plans to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
  • Identify new growth opportunities including emerging channels and partnerships

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of CRM-driven campaign management and optimization
  • Proven track record delivering integrated marketing strategies for retention and purchase conversion
  • Experience leveraging a CDP to optimise campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and cross-channel integration (digital, CRM, print, events)
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Highly analytical with data-driven approach to attribution, DMP integration and analytics processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
