As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead on a high-end residential project in South East London, overseeing luxury apartments and townhouses across three phases. You’ll work within a reputable housebuilder, ensuring smooth site operations and timely delivery from day one. Your leadership will guide on-site teams and coordinate multi-phase construction to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management of luxury residential units across three phases
• Motivate and manage full site teams to meet milestones
• Coordinate trades and activities to maintain schedule and quality
• Ensure safety and compliance on site (First Aid, CSCS, SMSTS)
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and report progress
