BIM / Information Manager / Senior Digital Consultant – Aviation – London, UK

You will lead IM adoption across programs, coordinate with clients and design teams, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: design bespoke IM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices and contractual usage
• Implementation Leadership: oversee rollout of IM methodologies across programs and projects with client adoption
• Technical Assurance: conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks
• Stakeholder Management: facilitate workshops and interface with project partners as a digital services ambassador
• Commercial & Business Support: prepare bid proposals, write business cases, and contribute to internal docs and quality processes
• Team Supervision: lead teams, peer-review deliverables, and maintain high quality standards

Key requirements

• 3+ years in an IM Manager role with consultancy exposure
• Deep knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and related IM frameworks (IMI Framework, UK BIM Framework)
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Revit, ArchiCAD)
• Experience with clash detection and model validation tools (Solibri, Navisworks)
• Strong experience with CDE platforms (Autodesk Forma, MFiles, Maximo)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to verify model data and understand COBie requirements
• Awareness of emerging technology to support delivery
