Overview

In this role you lead EY’s SAP Data & Analytics engagements, guiding delivery across client projects and EY partners. You shape opportunities, design solutions, and mentor teams within the SAP Analytics capability. You work to align data initiatives with enterprise strategies and drive value through analytics transformation. The position combines client leadership, technical vision, and thought leadership to position EY as a leader in SAP data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Senior delivery lead for SAP BDC / Datasphere / BW programs, ensuring scope, quality, timeline and budget
• Provide architecture oversight aligned with client enterprise data strategies
• Manage executive stakeholders (CFO, CIO, Head of Data/FP&A) as trusted advisor
• Resolve delivery risks across workstreams and ensure cross-domain integration (finance, data, technology)
• Own and shape analytics propositions, including go-to-market strategies and commercial structuring
• Lead bid teams with solutioning, pricing, and proposals to drive analytics revenue
• Define and evolve SAP Analytics offerings and reusable assets; drive AI innovation
• Build, mentor, and scale the SAP Analytics capability; support recruitment and workforce planning
• Establish delivery standards and best practices; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Represent EY externally in client meetings and industry forums; contribute to thought leadership

Key requirements

• Strong experience delivering SAP analytics solutions across multiple full project lifecycles
• Deep expertise in architecting and building SAP data & analytics solutions
• Proven experience with cross-system integration
• Strong understanding of SAP processes and end-to-end analytics modeling
• Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs
• Commercial acumen including sales, pricing, and margin management
• Executive-level stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across functional and technical domains
