Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and challenging caseload of clinical negligence claims
• Handle complex matters including misdiagnosis, spinal/brain injury, and surgical errors
• Oversee litigated files and cases progressing to trial
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
• Provide high-quality client care with empathy and professionalism
