Overview

In this role you will support the growth of our Investment and Finance team in London by sourcing and placing candidates across the green investment space. You will build relationships with clients and professionals, advise on hiring solutions, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll work in a global, specialist recruitment environment focused on renewable energy and related sectors. This is an opportunity to shape recruitment strategies for a expanding, sustainability-focused portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Proactively headhunt candidates and create candidate shortlists ensuring fit
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
• Advise clients on hiring solutions and negotiate terms
• Manage recruitment process end-to-end from qualification to offers and placement

Key requirements

• Minimum of 18 months experience in agency recruitment, ideally in investment infrastructure space
• Ability to manage own time effectively
