Responsibilities

• Assist on commercial real estate transactions (sales, purchases, leases)
• Draft and negotiate contracts and ancillary docs
• Review titles and leases; prepare client reports
• Support development agreements and property management matters
• Represent diverse clients (developers, investors, corporates, HNW individuals)
• Maintain regular client contact with pragmatic advice
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on complex matters
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s development

Key requirements

• Scottish Real Estate Lawyer with 4+ years PQE
• Experience handling commercial property matters
• Strong drafting skills with a commercial mindset
• Confident communicator with good client-care skills
• Organised, proactive, ownership mindset
