In this role you lead delivery of complex AWS-based projects, blending technical leadership with strong program management to achieve client outcomes. You connect business needs to technical solutions, drive discussions with diverse stakeholders, and ensure alignment with AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework. You assess trade-offs on performance, security, and scalability while building credibility with engineering teams. You will guide increasingly complex programs, establish best practices, and communicate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cloud migration, modernization, and implementation projects
- Use deep knowledge of AWS services and architectures to guide decisions and strategic planning
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements mapped to business results
- Decompose complex technical problems into actionable solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation and define standards
Key requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalent
- Experience with cloud computing technologies
- Experience in project management of technical programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance is required
- Stakeholder management
