Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate support
• Advise on landlord and tenant disputes (dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices, breach of covenant)
• Handle development and land-related disputes, including telecoms matters
• Assist with contentious issues arising from commercial property transactions and contracts
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical, commercially focused advice
• Support business development and contribute to team growth

Key requirements

• 1-4 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
• Exceptional NQ candidates with a Property Litigation training seat considered
• Experience handling a range of contentious property matters
• Good knowledge of landlord and tenant disputes and development-related issues
• Strong technical ability with a pragmatic, commercial approach
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
