Overview
In this role, you will own product marketing for the Risk Applications and Enabling Services portfolio, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across the product lifecycle. You’ll partner with the Product Director to translate launches into buyer-facing content and enablement that Sales and Customer Success actually use. You’ll influence what ships as flagship moments versus quiet releases, while building scalable enablement and competitive intelligence. This is a hands-on, IC role with the latitude to shape how product marketing operates at ComplyAdvantage and to work across regions.

Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, launch execution and enablement end-to-end for the Risk Applications & Enabling Services portfolio
- Manage product updates across lifecycle, updating positioning as products mature or launch
- Lead end-to-end launches, decide flagship vs quiet releases, own launch plans and briefs
- Create enablement assets for Sales (decks, demos, battlecards, FAQs) grounded in buyer insights and competitive context
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and win-loss insights
- Represent UK/EMEA (and APAC interim) market context in company positioning
- Partner with Product Directors to influence priorities through evidence and buyer feedback rather than authority
- Apply AI-enabled workflows for research synthesis, competitive analysis, and first-draft positioning/content
Key requirements
- 7-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5+ years in product marketing
- Experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company
- Ability to own a launch end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Strong independence and autonomy in planning
- Proven influence without authority to shape leadership decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication for complex technical content
- Comfort in a regulated, technical B2B environment
