As Senior Director for UK & Ireland, you drive end-to-end supply chain excellence across 17 plants and partner networks, aligning regional operations with Europe-wide strategy. You lead a large, multi-site organization to deliver safety, service, quality and financial performance while driving transformation initiatives in automation, digitalisation and sustainability. Responsibilities

• Lead the UK&I Supply Chain to achieve world-class safety, operational, service, quality and financial results across plants, logistics, and third-party partners
• Define and execute the UK&I supply chain strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap, covering network optimisation, processes, technology and workforce capability
• Foster a strong Safety Differently culture and ensure health and safety compliance with Zero Harm ambitions
• Drive excellence across production, logistics, planning and asset management to meet customer requirements on time and in full
• Lead strategic programmes on automation, digitalisation, sustainability and customer experience to boost efficiency and resilience
• Manage budget and capital investments with disciplined decisions and expected returns
• Collaborate with European, commercial and functional leaders to support growth and market needs
• Develop long-term network capacity plans and optimise infrastructure for productivity and cost performance
• Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and talent development
• Partner with HR to implement people strategy, promote inclusion, engagement, well-being and effectiveness
• Utilise analytics to inform decisions and strategic workforce planning

Key requirements

• Senior leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or FMCG
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-site operations
• Experience delivering operational transformation and large-scale organizational change
• Experience managing substantial operating budgets and capital investments
• Track record of developing leadership and engaging large teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence across local/regional/global teams
