Responsibilities

• Support product control to ensure P&L and balance sheet integrity and collaborate with trading, financial control, and risk functions.
• Contribute to legal entity control by maintaining strong financial controls and regulatory reporting relevant to entities.
• Oversee general ledger integrity and transaction-cycle controls within financial control.
• Create meaningful financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions in planning and analysis.
• Assist regulatory reporting and capital policy, interpreting and applying regulatory rules and guidance.
• Contribute to large-scale programs that implement new regulations, standards, or policies in cross-LOB or firm-wide contexts.
• Act as trusted advisor to business heads, identifying and mitigating risks and driving performance improvements.

Key requirements

• Academic background with an interest in financial management
• Expected graduation year 2027
• Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, reporting, and variance analysis
