Talent Acquisition Specialist – Data Centre

Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end recruitment for data centre and technology roles in East London, partnering with business leaders to define hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines. You will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position offers exposure to large-scale growth projects and opportunities to shape employer branding in financial technology and data sectors. You will operate on-site in London and influence hiring outcomes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements with hiring managers and draft compelling job descriptions
• Source, screen, and engage talent across technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and finance
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from advertising to onboarding
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals
• Champion an excellent candidate experience with timely communication
• Utilize data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and identify bottlenecks
• Support employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Key requirements

• End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in financial services, data centres, or tech infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of technology and financial services talent markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing platforms)
• Strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
